I'm not employed so I don't know how accurate this list is. I'm basing it off of former jobs.
Bosses like when I:
1. Show up on time
2. Not drink on the job unless boss is invited
3. Bring girls into the shop
4. Let bosses do whatever they want
5. Do things without boss knowing that could potentially hurt the company and make my co-workers laugh.
I'll put in some more when I think of it.

so far in my experience bosses do like that stuff. except sometimes they don't like to be allowed to do anything because they say they like it when you impose rules that challenge them to grow personal.
